As we journey along the river we learn to adapt to the changing climate around us. Some people have great ideas but lack the ability to put them into words then turn those words into something tangible. That's where we come in.
How does this work? Simply put, we will put flesh on the bones of your ideas and help to bring the project to be. Our involvement can range from giving you the ideas to work with, or we can come along and investigate your process and see if we can find the solution with a fresh pair of eyes.

One of clients wanted to reduce the excess produce that they 'give away' in their meat products. We took a look, spending a week on the shop floor just watching the process and asking questions without interfering with work flow. We found the problem – a simple piece of misunderstanding. By making a simple change that actually cost them nothing more a few laminated signs, they reduced their 'give away' by more 40,000 kg per year.

A second project to improve the pallet wrapping for a key customer of theirs ended with similar results. The solution was simple, no changes were made to the production process or the working method, just a slight adjustment here and there and the customer complaints ceased.

We work in the same way whether it is a production line or online. The answers are always there it's just a matter of not knowing the process that often yields the answers.
