Future Land Barons of Second Life

One of the incredible things about Second Life is the rate at which it is expanding. During the month of August 2007 over 500 new islands were created each one costing around $1000 US. Why? Because Second Life is where it is happening. With an ever growing community, the need for new things to see and do is at a premium. Land sells just about everywhere throughout Second Life; so location is not that much of an issue, unless of course you just have to at the hub of it all.

In the image above you can see the land parcels, as they called, in yellow. The little blue house in the middle is a piece of our research and development land, just two basic parcels next to each other. When we bought the land we were the only residents on the map. Now you can see how much of it has gone in just a couple of weeks. The $ tags indicate remaining plots which we expect to see go in the next couple of weeks. All of this requires looking after.

If all that you want is to buy and sell land, then that can all be arranged, parcelled up and left to run leaving you to bank the money. If you wish to develop some of it into a shopping centre, business park or rental cubes that can all be arranged too. We will happily sit here and handle all of the sales and answer all of the queries and even managed the rental systems so that all you have to do is make the initial investment. Our management fees are very cost effective and are not determined by the sim size. We will monitor prim usage and ensure that all ground rules are adhered to. The type of content that is allowed in sim will depend on you but we will ensure that any inappropriate content is removed.

Second Life continues to expand daily, there will always be land available and we will always be here to look after you.
